We are not able to accept returns on any items that have been removed from their packaging.

If you would like to return goods that you bought at NUKO Distribution Limited please call our Customer Support Team within 7 days to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on 0844 686 9529. Do not return goods without this authorisation.

Any orders placed are subject to your rights of cancellation pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, except if you have unsealed the packaging.

You may exercise this right either by writing, e-mailing or telephoning. In each case you must notify us within seven days from the date of delivery.

Following receipt of your notice we will contact you to arrange return of the goods. Please note that the cost of sending the goods back to us where you wish to cancel for reasons which are not due to product performance or description will be payable by you. P&P charges will not be refunded save for in circumstances where the goods are deemed to have been defective.
